Easter

This year Easter was tons of fun. Sydney, actually got the concept. Sadie on the other hand loves anything that has to do with food. So she was thrilled. We had the opportunity to have 3 Easter egg hunts. One we did on Friday morning at a car dealership with some friends. I somehow forgot my camera, so I did not get any pictures. On the way home I noticed signs for a Easter egg hunt, near our house the next morning. So The next morning we got up bright and early, and grandma was so nice to come. We made a super decision going to that Easter egg hunt! It was so much fun. At the Easter egg hunt they had the grass area sectioned off for egg groups. Well in Sydney and Sadie's age group there was literally only 4 kids! Sydney had practice the day before so she was ready to go. Sydney got so into it, and ended up getting like 30 eggs. Most of the eggs were filled with candy, but a few had numbers in them. If you got one like that, you got a prize. Sydney got two! Sadie also had a blast. Grandma would lift her down to the egg, and Sadie would pick them up and put them in the basket! It was adorable. On Sunday morning we did a mini egg hunt, and just hung out as family. Sydney and Sadie are so cute. We went to church at 1, and that is hard. It is right during nap time, so the girls are anything but bundles of joy! By the end it gets ugly. As you can tell by the pictures Sydney was DONE! But we loaded them back in the car, and went to Grandma Roberts house for a yummy Easter dinner. Sydney loves being at her house. I love Easter, and I am so thankful for the knowledge that our Savior lives! I love that I can pass this wonderful news onto my children.

Sadie loved grandmas help, and Sydney loved the eggs

Sadie was very protective over her basket....and Sydney was loving putting confetti on Sadie's Head

Like I said 1 o clock church is hard, and Sydney was not up for the pictures I wanted to take....so she ran away...to grandmas house ( I guess she forgot they went home that morning)

so sadie and I took some pictures, and Sadie completed eating the grass
